Bystrictin Advanced Hunger Control Review

***Disclosure-Sample product was received to review.  All opinions expressed will be based on my own personal experience.

I am loving the weather change.  It is about time the temperature cooled off.  But the cool temperatures also make me super lazy and not want to exercise.  It takes a bigger commitment and more dedication from me in the winter.

According to WebMD.com, “there have been surveys that show an average of a five to seven pound gain in weight in winter.”

Do you workout in the winter?  How do you keep up your routine?  I really need to maintain my weight this winter because I am in a wedding early next year.  The cold weather had not even hit yet and I have already abandoned my workout routine.  But I have been able to control my weight and cravings, thanks to the Bystrictin Advanced Hunger Control.

Bystrictin Advanced Hunger Control is the only product that uses Gastric Fill Technology to help restrict calories. This unique formula expands in the gut to provide a feeling of fullness and acts on the brain to release cholecystokinin, the hormone that sends satiety signals to the brain. So both your brain and your body are telling you that you are full. It’s a natural approach to weight management, rather than using drugs or surgery. The Bystrictin formula, which comes in two delicious flavors, can be mixed or blended with water, skim milk, soymilk or almond milk and should complement at least one balanced meal per day while you reach your goal weight.

I received a sample of Bystrictin in Swiss Chocolate flavor.  I do not really like mixing powder with water because I hate when the powder doesn't mix well.  But the Bystrictin was nothing like the other powder mixes I have tried before because when you shake it in the shaker bottle it mixes to a perfect blend.  It actually it not liquidy and is smooth like a smoothie or soft ice cream.  I would mix it in the morning and drink it on my way in to work instead of stopping at a fast food breakfast.  I have not been able to workout and have still been able to lose weight.  I hope to continue to maintain my weight this winter and be able to fit perfectly into my dress.
