Comida Kraft Invites Latina Moms to Share Their Latin Flavor with the Help of Celebrity Chef Alfredo Oropeza

Northfield, Ill. – June 1, 2011 – Latina moms in the United States already share their culture with family and friends through language and traditions. Starting today, Comida Kraft, with the help of Chef Alfredo Oropeza, Mexico's most recognized celebrity chef, is giving them new ways to share it through food. Comidakraft.com, already a top Spanish-language, food-focused destination for Latina moms, is offering new recipes, how-to videos and articles featuring ideas and tips that will help busy moms infuse their cooking with Latin flavor. More importantly moms will have the opportunity to share their Latin flavor with Comida Kraft, Chef Oropeza and each other.
Chef Oropeza is probably best known for his show Al Sabor del Chef that airs in the United States and internationally, offering viewers delicious and practical recipes. The Chef is also an editor of his own magazine in Mexico and has authored several cookbooks.

Let's Get Cooking!
Every month from now until November, Comida Kraft will feature 10 new recipes, along with complementary how-to videos and articles focusing on a unique theme, such as Everyday Latin Flavor and Best Grilled Latin Recipes. From Latin dishes that kids will love to creations that will impress on special occasions, the new recipes are practical solutions inspired by the Latina moms' passion for sharing their Latin flavor. All the new recipes will be available via the Comida Kraft website, Comida Kraft Facebook page and Comida Kraft Mobile site to provide easy access to unique ideas, whenever and wherever.
Getting moms to share their Latin flavor
Throughout 2011, Latina moms will get exclusive opportunities to interact with Comida Kraft, Chef Oropeza and each other. Chef Oropeza and Comida Kraft will host live video chats where participants can ask questions or share their thoughts in real time. An integration with the Comida Kraft Facebook page and website will also allow Facebook users to join in the conversation and tell how they share their Latin flavor. Visitors on the page will be invited to upload photos, share their own tips and offer opinions on recipes and topics that can help shape Comida Kraft content. In addition, the Kraft Mobile Club and the Kraft Recipes by Email programs will allow subscribers to receive recipes directly at no cost. Latina Moms who subscribe to Comida Kraft Recipes by Email and to the Comida Kraft Mobile Club will get free, exclusive access to additional recipes and videos on their mobile phone from June to November 2011.
