Thor: The Dark World Movie Review

***Disclosure-My son and I attended an advance screening for this movie.  All opinions stated are my own based on my personal experience.

There are certain movies that we as a family look forward to checking out.  Thor is one of the characters we all like so it was on our list as must watch.  My son and I were invited to an advance screening.

Marvel’s "Thor: The Dark World" continues the big-screen adventures of Thor, the Mighty Avenger, as he battles to save Earth and all the Nine Realms from a shadowy enemy that predates the universe itself.  In the aftermath of Marvel’s "Thor" and "Marvel’s The Avengers," Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos...but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. To defeat an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor sets upon his most dangerous and personal journey yet, forced into an alliance with the treacherous Loki to save not only his people and those he loves…but our universe itself.

Thor was released last Friday on November 8.  If you did not get to make it to the movies, you should.  This was a good movie.  It was a nail bitter from the beginning to the end.  My son and I really enjoyed it.  One of my favorite funny girls is in this movie.   The girl from "Two Broke Girls".  She is hilarious.  And ladies, Thor's body got leaner and cutter.  There is a lot of action.  Who ever your favorite character is, it might surprise you, who ends up being one of your favorites after this movie.  We gave it *****!!
