According to WedMD, Wheatgrass is a kind of grass. The above-ground parts, roots, and rhizome are used to make medicine. Wheatgrass is primarily used as a concentrated source of nutrients. It contains vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E, iron, calcium, magnesium, and amino acids.

Pines Wheat Grass is a gluten-free, dark green, leafy vegetable.  It is certified organically grown.  Pines has done its research from the way it is grown to the way it is bottled.  You can take them as tablets or as powder.  See below:
Pines Wheat Grass powder comes with this cup that tells you the instructions on your daily intake.

If you are trying to add more vegetables to your diet, but don't like eating them - this could be a way for you.  You can mix it in a glass of juice, a smoothie, sprinkle on your food.
