Del Monte Fruit & Veggie Fusions #sharethesuper

***Disclosure-Sample product was received.  All opinions stated are my own based on my personal experience.

Our kids are back in school and that means sack lunches, and after school snacks are in order.  Do your kids like to ear veggies?  Are you looking for healthy snacks for them to have?

New Del Monte Fruit & Veggie Fusions contain one serving (1/2 cup) of fruit and veggies in each cup.  They are available in three flavors: Peach Mango, Apple Pear Watermelon and Cherry Fruit Trio.
A tasty blend of fruit in a lightly sweetened vegetable and fruit juice.  In case you missed what I said, this is equal to one combined serving of fruit and vegetables in each cup!
Ingredients-Peaches, Vegetable Juices (Water, Pumpkin Juice Concentrate, Sweet Potato Juice Concentrate, Butternut Squash Juice Concentrate), Water, Sugar, Pear Juice Concentrate, Mango Puree Concentrate, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid (To Preserve Color), Beta Carotene (For Color).

My teen did not even realize he was eating some veggies in his fruit cup.  And he liked them!

Del Monte is celebrating the launch by hosting the #sharethesuper moments sweeps!  Moms and Dads are encouraged to share pictures and videos of kids being super (i.e. mastering a cartwheel, acing a spelling test, completing a chore chart) on Instagram and Twitter with hashtags #sharethesuper and #sweepstakes for a chance to win weekly prizes as well as a single grand prizes to fuel their family’s super interests.

The sweeps is going on now through Sept. 18.  Visit www.ShareTheSuper.com to enter and for more info.

Nocciolata Review

***Disclosure-Sample product was received.  All opinions stated are my own based on my personal experience.

Repeat after me: No – Chi - O - Latta and learn Italian......via chocolate.

Nocciolata is an Italian choco-hazelnut spread made from all organic ingredients including hazelnut paste (16%), cocoa butter, skim milk, brown sugar, sunflower oil and vanilla.

Made in the beautiful mountainous area of Asiago in Northern Italy, this delicious spread, unlike others we could mention, (Nutella’s 200 calories, 11 grams of fat, 3.5 grams of them saturated and 21 grams of sugar per few tablespoons anyone?) make actually not be the worst thing in the world to eat.

Spread on bread, piled in a pie and smothered on a sundae, this affordable treat will be the first thing on your lips when snack-templating – whichever way you pronounce it!

My thoughts-My son went to a French summer camp a couple of years ago and was introduced to Nutella, which has become a family favorite.  We did not know that we would end up liking hazelnut this much.  And now Nocciolata has become our favorite choco-hazelnut combination.  It is our go to snack.  We add it to our banana splits, ice cream sundaes, dip for the fruits, there are so many ways to eat this yummy spread.

It is so yummy, you don't even need anything.  I can just eat it on the spoon, out of the jar.  SO YUMMY!

One more thing, they will donate $0.01 of every smooch to charity...a little goes a long way.

So I made the mistake of opening this yummy treat in front of my husband and Lil Bit.  I had to shared.  I gave Lil Bit the 1st piece and she loved it.  When I went to go for a bite, Lil Bit was already asking for more.  So I cut her half off, and my husband and I had to share this other half above.  It was gone before I could take any pictures of the evidence.  I can honestly tell you I am not a peanut butter person but I really am a chocolate lover.  This TastyKake was sooo goooodddd..  We were liking our fingers until there was nothing left to lick.
