My thoughts-Wendy's has great salads, and their portions are great. So this new addition did not surprise me, because I love Wendy's salads. I really like the New Berry Almond Chicken Salad. It has 1 cup serving of fruits in every full size salad. I like that I am getting Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Calcium, and that it is rich with Antioxidants. And if you are counting calories, it is only 432 calories. Just like all Wendy items, you can order this salad as an entree, half size, or pair it.
I also tried the New Wild Berry Tea which is made with black berries, strawberries, and raspberries. It has no artificial flavors or colors. It was the perfect combo.
Thanks to Wendy's for inviting the Houston Bloggers, including Independentmami, to a picnic at the park with our families to enjoy each others company and to try the New Berry Almond Chicken Salad. It was alot of fun meeting fellow Houston Bloggers, and seeing some again. We headed to Colonial Park after lunch. The kids had lots of energy after the power lunch they had just had. And we all sat around and got to know one another, and the husbands. We received a cute picnic basket which had games inside and 2 Wendy's gift cards, one for our family and one to giveaway.
