Premama Digestive Aid

When I was pregnant, I worried about everything that I put in my mouth because I did not want to hurt my baby.
Thanks to MomSelect and Premama for sending a sample for review. All opinions stated are my own based on my personal experience.

I know I have to clear the air and start with, I'm not pregnant.  Ok, now that we got that out of the way I can tell you all about this new product Premama has.  I first was introduced to Premama in 2013 when I found out they have drinkable prenatal vitamins.  And now they have come out with a digestive aid to support digestion and a healthy immune system during pregnancy.  I feel I have to share great products when I find them especially because it is something I wish was available when I was pregnant.
Premama Digestive Aid is a new prenatal fiber and probiotic soft chew.  Formulated to help maintain digestive balance and boost the immune system naturally, Premama Digestive Aid delivers a daily probiotic solution in a delicious vanilla caramel-flavored chew.  Each chew contains 2g of dietary fiber and 1 billion+ CFUs of probiotics, which have shown through research to help maintain a healthy intestinal balance and support immune function, and may also help ease constipation, bloating, and other minor digestive discomforts associated with pregnancy.

The vegetarian, naturally flavored chews can be eaten 1-4 times daily and are available in packs of 28.  It is like popping a candy, how easy is that.

Pampers Firsts - A Newborn Journey

***Disclosure-This is a sponsored post.  I received a Pampers party kit and compensation.  All opinions stated are my own based on my personal experience.

I remember the first time I felt my body different.  A person inside of me.  I remember the first confirmation I received that I was pregnant.  My first doctor's appointment, my first ultrasound, and so many other firsts.  I remember my first pregnancy.  I love all my firsts....they are special to me and I love remembering them.

Thanks to Pampers for allowing me to host a #PampersFirsts Viewing party.  Pampers has been a part of so many of our firsts memories.  They understand our joys.  Through our journey, they have been there.  Pampers has just released a new video called "Firsts".  Warning, it is a tear jerker.

Thanks to the ladies who joined me for brunch on Sunday.  A group of ladies that included mamis-to-be and even a first time mom.  We share our stories about pregnancy, labor, and delivery.  We watched the video and then discussed our "firsts".
Every attendee received a goodie bag which included a pack of Pampers swaddlers and baby wipes.
Did you know Pampers® Swaddlers are now available through size 6?
-We have big babies in our family.  Size 6 is 35+
-Swaddlers offers up to 12 hours of overnight protection.
-My husband was a first time father.  He was so scared about everything.  Especially changing diapers of a little girl.  The  color changing wetness indicator was my husband's savior.  All he had to do was check to see if the indicator had changed colors and he knew is the baby was wet or not.

My guests and I will be filling  out a quick review of Pampers Swaddlers diapers at Pampers.com.

Have you joined Pampers Rewards?  Did you know you can get points for watching the above video?
Click the “Watch and Earn” link in the video (note: the link is only visible on your desktop or YouTube mobile app), then log in to your Pampers Rewards account and you will be rewarded with 10 points automatically!

I am glad I was able to introduce the new mami-to-be to Pampers Rewards, answer questions and concerns she had, and mami chat with the other mamis about our experiences as mamis.

Beginning February 16th, create and share your own journey of Firsts at pampersfirsts.com.

They have developed a micro-site that will allow you to upload images of your baby from your computer or pick from your Facebook gallery and create a :15 second video to share out with friends on Twitter or Facebook.  The video will highlight the baby photos and all your first milestone moments.

No matter what method of diapering you choose to use on your babies, you always remember you "firsts".

Premama Review and Giveaway

Are you pregnant or nursing?  Are you taking your prenatal vitamins like you are suppose to?  Do you hate horse pills or pills at all?

When I was pregnant with my son over 15 years all there was for me to take were horse pills.  Now with my daughter Gia, a little older and wiser, the pills got smaller and I was able to take them.  But my sister in laws who were pregnant at the same time could not pass the regular size pills.  They do not like pills at all and even though they are good for the baby had a hard time swalling the pills, even going so far to cutting them in half.  So what if I told you there is a new way to drink prenatals?

Premama Vitamin Drink Mix-
-100% Natural
-6 calories
-Easy to digest
-Flavorless
-includes DHA, Folic Acid, Iron
-also Ginger, Vitamin B6, and Magnesium to help with nausea and digestive relief

My thoughts-best idea ever.  This mix can be added to your water, juice, or smoothie.  I have been into juicing lately, adding my mix everyday.

  • Coenzyme Q10 to help reduce the risk of pre-eclampsia
  • Ginger root to help with nausea relief

You can order Premama at www.drinkpremama.com and get a 15% off online discount using the code - NewMom1

Premama is recommended for anyone who is breastfeeding, attempting to conceive or may become pregnant.

I am currently still nursing Lil Bit and continue to take prenatal vitamins.  It is a recommendation my doctor has made that I continue to do for my baby's health.  But I know how hard it can be sometimes to swallow horse pills.  I remember 14 years ago when all pills were the size of horse pills.  And now Premama has made it easy for new mommies to be.

Pregnant~RectiCare®

According to CDC statistics, more babies are born in the month of August!* It’s an exciting and wonderful time in mommy’s life to spend with the new baby, but unfortunately along with their new bundle of joy some women experience a not so welcome addition. Hemorrhoids may develop from all the pushing that is required in labor and childbirth.

*The summer has been the top season for births in the United States, according to records kept by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and August often wins the title as the month during which the most babies are born. In 2006, the most recent year for which statistics are available, August had the most U.S. births, just as it did in 10 of the previous 16 years, with the CDC estimating that 9 percent of all births occurred then. February had the least.

Boy do we know this in our family.  My brothers and I all have had babies within 1 year.  The last one was just born last night.  Though I did not suffer from this, I know many that have had.  When you are pregnant they are so many discomfort and you don't need this to be one of them.

Women with hemorrhoids often suffer from burning, itching and pain. A topical local anesthetic such as RectiCare® Cream ($29.95; drugstores nationwide) helps to quickly soothe discomfort with lidocaine 5%. Plus, RectiCare comes with finger cots to promote hygienic application.

My thoughts-I did not get to sample product as I am not suffer from this.  This post is for informational purpose only.

***Disclosure-Sample product received.  All opinions stated are my own.
